If you do your overland to Cairo (do it - I think it would be amazing), I would love to hear your stories and what you learned on the way. From Addis Ababa to Aswan, the specifics of transport seem a little unclear. Not whether it exists or not, but rather how much it would cost and what the schedules are. I would dearly love to learn from whatever you manage to discover if you end up going before me. If you are only planning to go in the later part of the year and would be interested in doing the Dar-Cairo part together, that would also be great. Another blogger/travel addict friend may well be joining me for that part of the trip too and the more the merrier, as they say. Hey Catherine
